    Welcome

Smiling woman with long brown hair and bright eyes.

Hello, I’m Justine Garnes, an Osteopath who has been treating people of all ages, from babies to those in their 90s, for over 15 years. I believe every body is different, so every treatment is tailored to your individual needs.

Using a combination of osteopathic techniques, including soft tissue massage, cranial techniques, dry needling, taping, mobilisation and adjustments where appropriate, I aim to help reduce pain, find balance, improve movement, and support your overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’d love to help you.

Since qualifying with a Master's degree at the British School of Osteopathy in 2010. I have completed post-graduate courses in cranial osteopathy, dry needling, animal osteopathy and clinical pilates. I have most recently been working at Victoria University as an Osteopathy Clinical Skills Supervisor helping the next generation of osteopaths.

    Cranial Sacral Therapy

Osteopathy aims to restore ease and freedom of movement throughout the body. My focus is on improving mobility, balance, symmetry, and overall function using a combination of joint articulation, soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, and gentle osteopathic adjustments where appropriate.

With postgraduate training with the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation in the treatment of babies and children, I have a special interest in supporting babies and new mums. Using gentle cranial techniques, treatment aims to calm the nervous system, encourage relaxation, and support overall wellbeing.

Dry needling can be an effective way to release persistent muscle tension and chronic trigger points. I often use it for long-standing areas of tightness or dysfunction to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery.
